FerryTalk – Sesame Chicken & Danish Oil (FT 11) Ferry Talk 4 Comments Ever go to a restaurant and want to order something new but couldn’t work up the nerve? Me too! I’m recently discovered I am the same way about my wood finishes. I have been using lacquer and polyurethane without deviating for years. And be it my stubborn nature or insecurities to try something new, I resisted venturing outside my comfort zone. I took me to be in Dema’s WoodShop to finally push past my tendencies and try something different. And I’m glad I did! Danish oil was unfamiliar to me but not anymore. Skip the sesame chicken next time and try some moo goo gai pan.
