The holiday season is probably my favorite time of year. I don’t take it lightly that this time of year is a time to spend with the ones we love. And of course sometimes the ones we can only tolerate but once or twice a year. Aside from all of the holiday cheer, Jay Bates, Matt Cremona and myself have decided to do a bit of what we are calling a Q&A. We are going to record any questions you guys might have. Whether it be about woodworking or YouTube, we are happy to try an answer any questions you guys might have for us. We just thought it was a cool way to possibly answer any questions that we may not normally get a chance to bring up in our regular videos. We are planning on doing a couple of these so if your question doesn’t get answered the first time we can shoot for the second one. Also, a special thank you goes out to Sean Rubino for the lathe tools. This is now the second year in a row that Sean has sent me a gift. And let me not forget the Christmas potato that Ty Moser sent me. I don’t know what I would do without it, haha. I want to wish all of you a happy holiday and hope you get some time to spend it with the ones you love!

Hey Nick!!! For your Q&A, I wonder if you can tell me what the difference is between a ‘Red End’ and a ‘Blue End’ folding rule? I have seen them both made by Lufkin and can’ see any difference between the two. They both sell for the same price. Good Luck in the New Year and I love your, Matt and Jay’s videos!
No clue – does one have the brass insert for ID measurements and maybe the other doesn’t?
