Q&A Experiment with Matt Cremona, Jay Bates & Myself

Hey Guys. This is something completely new that myself, Matt Cremona, and Jay Bates wanted to try out. Earlier this week I asked for questions to be used in our 3 person Q&A. We recorded it Wednesday night and tried to keep it to one hour. A couple times it was asked if this would possibly turn into a podcast. So….should it? Give us some feedback if you wouldn’t mind. Regardless of if it turns into a podcast or not we definitely want to do it again so if you have any other questions for us to answer please leave a comment starting with Q&A so I know which ones to grab.
The entire Q&A was recorded with video over a Skype call but I also exported the audio for anyone who wants to download or listen to it without video. The audio only is above and the video is below. Thanks for stopping by!

  1. Nick, I would love to see this as a podcast that I could watch at my leisure. Also I would like to see you post more SketchUp files.

    Terrific website!

  2. I would listen to this regularly but only if it’s available as a normal podcast (e.g. give me an RSS feed that I can put into my podcast app). It’s good stuff but it needs to be easy to get to compete with all the other great content out there. Thanks!

    1. Sounds like that’s what it will be – if you aren’t already, make sure and sign up for my newsletter as I will announce it in there for sure

  3. Hey Nick: This is about the Experimental Q&A. I like it a lot, but going forward, it might play better if you hold these to a half hour. I have watched the first 34 minutes and all of you still sound sharp and interested as when it started. I don’t think these will get “old” as long as you get great and different questions to answer. Must a thought!

    1. thanks for the feedback – it looks like we are leaning towards turning it into a podcast – probably 45 minutes to start

    1. will do – we all had a great time and are thinking podcast so people can watch it at there leisure wherever – I appreciate the feedback!

  4. You guys referenced several other YouTube channels, websites, etc. during the course of the discussion. It would be nice if you were to post links to those channels and sites so the viewers don’t have to figure out spellings, etc. It’s a standard podcast thing known as “show notes”.

Keep up the awesomeness all three of you!
